With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across procurement, technology, operations, and business transformation, Labinot has led complex strategic initiatives for enterprise organizations in transportation, infrastructure, hospitality, and technology. His expertise spans strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, organizational restructuring, technology strategy, and large-scale operational improvement.
Throughout his career, Labinot has successfully negotiated and managed hundreds of millions of dollars in enterprise contracts, developed procurement transformation strategies, led cross-functional executive teams, and implemented technology solutions that improve operational efficiency while reducing costs and risk. His approach combines analytical rigor with practical execution, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable results in highly complex environments.
Before founding Alpet Digital, Labinot served as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement at Brightline, where he was responsible for enterprise procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiations, technology procurement, and operational transformation initiatives. In this role, he partnered closely with executive leadership to support major capital projects, optimize enterprise spending, modernize procurement operations, and strengthen strategic supplier relationships.
At Alpet Digital, Labinot works directly with executive teams, boards, and private equity-backed organizations to solve complex business challenges. His advisory services include strategic sourcing and procurement transformation, contract negotiation, business restructuring, interim executive leadership, digital transformation, and technology consulting. He also leads dedicated software engineering teams that deliver scalable full-stack development, cloud solutions, AI-powered applications, and enterprise system integrations.
